Bookrata Survey Drawing — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Bookrata Survey Drawing (the “Drawing”) is sponsored by Bookrata Inc., 9205 W Russell Rd, Ste 305, Las Vegas, NV 89148 (“Bookrata,” “we” or “us”). RSVLTS is not a sponsor of the Drawing and is not affiliated with it.

2. Who can enter

The Drawing is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter.

Bookrata employees, contractors and their immediate family or household members cannot enter. The Drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period

The Drawing starts on October 17, 2026 and ends on November 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not be counted. Our clock is the official clock for the Drawing.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both have the same chance of winning.

1. 1.In person. Visit the Bookrata booth at an in-person event where we exhibit during the Entry Period. Fill out a survey card, including your name and email address on the back, and hand it to a Bookrata team member before you leave.
2. 2.By email. If you can’t attend one of our events, email support@bookrata.com with the subject line “Survey Drawing.” We’ll send you a copy of the entry form. Fill it out and email it back (a photo or scan is fine) by the end of the Entry Period.

To be valid, an entry must include your name and a working email address. Answering the survey questions is optional and does not affect your chance of winning. Ticking the box to receive Bookrata marketing emails is also optional and does not affect your chance of winning.

Limit: one entry per person, whichever way you enter. If we find more than one entry from the same person, we’ll count only the first one we received.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late or made with automated tools are void. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected entries or emails.

5. Prize

There is one prize: a $75 gift certificate to RSVLTS. Its approximate retail value is $75.

The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or swapped for another prize. If the prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Using the gift certificate is subject to RSVLTS’s own terms and conditions. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

6. Drawing and odds

On November 18, 2026, Bookrata will draw one winner at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on how many valid entries we receive.

7. Winner notification

We will email the winner at the address on their entry within 3 days of the drawing. The winner must reply within 7 days to claim the prize. We may ask the winner to confirm that they meet the eligibility rules.

If the winner doesn’t reply in time, can’t be reached or isn’t eligible, they forfeit the prize. We will then draw an alternate winner from the remaining valid entries.

8. Your information

We use your name and email address to run the Drawing and contact the winner. We read survey answers in aggregate to understand readers and authors better.

We will send you Bookrata marketing emails only if you ticked the email box on your entry. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not sell your information. For more, see our Privacy Policy at https://app.bookrata.com/privacy.

9. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Bookrata’s decisions, which are final. We may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules.

If something beyond our control affects the fair running of the Drawing, we may cancel, change or suspend it. In that case, we may draw the winner from valid entries received before the problem began.

10. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release Bookrata and RSVLTS, and their employees and agents, from any claims arising from your entry or from accepting or using the prize, to the extent the law allows.

11. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Winner’s name

To get the winner’s first name and state, email support@bookrata.com by December 31, 2026 with the subject line “Survey Drawing Winner.”
