How It Works & The Fine Print
One prize: a single free one-year Bookrata membership goes to the player with the most points.
Earn points two ways: tap a share button to spread the word (each platform counts once), or get friends to visit through your personal link — verified referral visits are worth the most.
Runs June 14–19, 2026 (MT): points accumulate the entire window. The draw closes at 6:00 PM MT on June 19, 2026.
Ties: if players are tied for first, one winner is chosen at random among them.
Winner notified by email at the address used to join. Membership is fulfilled manually after confirmation.

Sponsor. The Win a Year Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Bookrata ("Sponsor"). It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Entry Period. The Giveaway begins June 14, 2026 at 6:00 PM MT and ends June 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM MT. Entries submitted outside this period will not be counted.
How to Enter. Enter for free by joining with a valid email address and confirming it. No purchase is required at any stage. You then earn points by sharing your personal link and through verified referral visits. Limit one (1) entry per person; using multiple emails or identities to gain additional entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
Winner Selection. The participant with the most points at the close of the Entry Period wins. In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected at random from among the tied participants. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final and binding.
Prize. One (1) free one-year Bookrata membership. No cash alternative, transfer, or substitution of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to claim the prize, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Publicity Release. Except where prohibited, entry constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use their name for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.
Platform Disclaimer. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, WhatsApp, Telegram, Reddit, LinkedIn, or any other platform. By entering, you release these platforms from any and all liability arising from the Giveaway. Any questions must be directed to Sponsor, not the platforms.
